1. my goals are to get huge and shed the left over body fat on my body.
2. I"m not personally worried about rest, I just want to make sure I'm not lifting too much, to the point it makes me make no progress. I"m just looking for more experienced bodybuilders on here to give me their insight...
One last question, the split I just posted, thats not too much time off right? Or overtraining?
Oh and where could I squeeze in cardio, but still not have too many off days in between my lifting days???

Day1-Chest/Shoulders/Tris
Day2-Legs
Day3-Off
Day4-Back/Bi
Day5-Off
Day6-start cycle again

Ok, I'll take all that you provided and pick one I like. Since everyone is so rude on here, I"ll just stop asking. I'm simply just trying to make sure I"m doing things right. Then I get blasted.
what about this split:

Day 3 - Back, biceps, forearms, abs.Or this:

well the reason I bumped it up that much is, I felt like I wasn't training enough. My old schedule looked like this:
day1-Chest/Tris/abs
day2-Bis/Back
day3-cardio
day4-shoulders/traps
day5-cardio/legs
day6-cardio
day7-off
Then I would start the cycle again, but with that schedule, there is 6...

Then the cycle begins again. Keep in mind , I dont' like nor do I want to do cardio on my lifting days.
Thats the hard part for me. I'm not obese, I just have fat on my stomach and chest. At the same time I want to lose the fat, I want to get bigger. I dont' know. Its too hard to choose.
But I guess at this point, I came so far, I should just finish up and lose the rest of the fat, then pack on...
