ahh you have like the same physical characteristics as my friend. i would say try and eat more protein in bigger amounts. maybe go on a weight gainer? you're into soccer and all so i dont think a weight gainer would get you fat, but maybe just like spread out fat
i used to get the red blotch on my biceps about a year ago when i started to get into more serious lifting. now i dont get it anymore. probably has something to do with blood circulation.
will doing extra dumbell curls with my left arm help the bicep get as big as the right one? both of my arms are equal in strength but my right one is bigger.
