    I've always heard of the stuff, but never actually had seen it until this year when I first bought it to eat it. Its a great thing to *EAT* but the thing is, Im not used to eating things like it. Of course I eat it anyway...its just like eating old pudding or something.. :barf:

    I want to try box squats, but Im not exactly sure what height to make the box? Im guessing I should measure how high my parallel squat is and make the box that high? or is it different heights for different ranges of motion?

    I figured that if you learn to do them slowly and ramp up the speed slowly it would be better. The slow period is for technique and such. Thats just my two cents.

    Im with P-Funk on this one. I guess practice jumping up and grabbing them, then doing them forwards and backwards, I suggest going slow so you don't fall.
