Due to life and stress the past 3 weeks I've had a shitty diet and half-ass training.

Result.....12 pounds lost and it wasn't water. Even with gear that last 12 pounds was very hard to gain for me.
 
That sucks. How much longer do you have on your cycle or are you already done?
 
man i had the same thing happen to me last month was up to 240 got the flu didnt eat for 3 days other thn a few cans of soup 6 days no eating droped down to 227 been staying there since sucks but im leaning out so not so bad i guess lol

Hate to hear that man. Had similar experiences myself, lost 15lbs in a wk once.... I won't fill ya full of cliches, but It's our drive to keep pushing puts us above the rest and will get you back to par. My sympathies.......

And if supportive encouragement isn't your cup of tea, well suck it up, no amount of bitch work on the keyboard is gonna put that 12lbs back on. haha :rolleyes:

After bouncing around from one anti-depressant to another for years I decided around December '09 that I was going to self medicate with testosterone. Haven't looked back since...........so i guess my cycle will never end until i'm in the ground.

I was 11 weeks into a sust/EQ run but I'm gonna stop "abusing" gear until I can be 100% consistent with my diet and training so its gonna be just 250mg of testosterone probably until this coming December. Just don't have the time to do things the right way.

Jesus is 12 lbs of muscle in 3 weeks possible? I would think some of it has to be water? Get back on your diet and see if you gain a few pounds back, if not then you can start feeling down lol

yeah, i got over 200 but it was "ugly" weight.

another reason is that I am prone to anxiety unfortunately and its true what the say about EQ, it can cause anxiety. Another factor I think caused weight loss.

I'm fortunate that I have a healthy metabolism but you know how it is.......NEVER BIG ENOUGH and for me it is really hard to gain weight.

I have someone that is going to help me out however, well see how the next few months go. Hopefully I'm gonna be able to put on some nice pictures.
