I'm sure a lot of you are like me and are in an office for the majority of the day.

What is your nutrition schedule like?
What snacks do you have during the workday?
What meals do you have before heading to the gym after leaving work?

I was just wondering how you get everything you need. (Could be for bulking, cutting, etc...)

I work 9-6

Cutting:
7: wake up, consume stimulants
10: break fast: whey shake, then a large meal of protein and fat with veggies
4 PM: whey shake, another large meal of protein and fat with veggies
6 or 7 PM: Training day: whey shake, train Non-Training day: nothing.
8 or 9 PM: whey shake, large meal. Brush teeth.

No snacks.

Bulking: similar, but more food and possibly another meal in the evening.

I eat by the clock.

Breakfast is after the gym at 5:30am

Second breakfast 8:30 at my desk

Pre-lunch 11 again at my desk (something light like cottage cheese)

Lunch around 12:30

Second lunch 3:30

6pm dinner

I have a private office, so that helps with the eating plan; close the door and chow down. But I do not see why a cube rat would have any issues with this. Unless you are like some people I know that hate being watched by others while they eat.

I work from home now but when I did the corporate thing I would bring a cooler of assorted food stuffs almost daily. only for a couple of years was I ever close enough from home to the lab so I would only bring snacks and go home for lunch.

I am in the same situation as you except I work 7-5. I do something like this not always the same.

6am - Protein Shake
6:45 am- Oatmeal, eggs, 1 piece of fruit
10am- Protein Shake, almonds
Noon-lunch (Chicken and veggies, Fajitas, really any combo of chicken n veggies)
3pm- Protein Shake, Large Apple
5pm- Workout
post workout-Gatorade
7pm- Dinner ( Whatever the wifey makes)

Dieting is hard but this works for me

Wow, you're done with the gym by 5:30?!? Ha, I wish I had your stamina - I'm SOO not a morning person!! lol

Yep. It has nothing to do with stamina. I am dead on my feet by and ready to go to bed by 7pm. It is out of necessity. Being a 10-12 hour a day executive manager type, the gym at 4am is the only way I could fit it in with my schedule.

I'm in the same boat. I work 8-5. Here's my sample plan for today.

6:30am - 4 whole eggs, Wheat Toast, Protein Shake w/ 1/2C oats, and yogurt
10:30 am - Ground beef with cheese and jalopenos
11:30am - Banana and Pre-workout
12:00 - Workout
1:00 - Protein Bar on the way back to the office
1:30 - Protein Shake and Left over burrito from last night
3:30 - Almonds
6:30 - Dinner (Chirstmas Party for Work tonight) Going to have Ahi Tuna veggies
9:00 - Protein Shake w/ yogurt

Tips:

Make extra dinner and take it the next day for your main meals. Have a jug of protein powder at the office and a shaker. I have canned tuna, peanut butter, jelly, and wheat bread at my desk in case of a forgotten lunch.

That's awesome!!
