haha...well if you've noticed I don't do as much hanging around as I used to and I damn sure won't be fucking off with wasting my time.

He says it was constructive criticism. If so, then he failed english, or forgot that words are all you have on the internet. We'll just have to see.

Fatsauce, That was my first show. Built helped me with my diet. And uh, yea anything you see thats short of reminiscent of The Oak is the camera mans fault. Being a rookie poser doesn't help either.

Built will want your fitday or your macs so go ahead and get it ready. Have you wrote out your plan based on the info or are you waiting. If you've read the book i don't see what the problem is. What are you having trouble with? Do you know your maintenance?

I had some more worst stuff written but I'll hold my tongue...or fingers, or whatever you wanna say.

I know you haven't been around as much, sort that shit out, we need you for when people like this show up.

ROFLMFAO! Okay, this thread made me laugh. I'm torn between "being a bitch" and "trying to turn it around" - a good angry thread can really fuel a workout!

Maybe I'll make it into a poll!

Fatsauce, you sound like you're not ready for UD2.0 - you need to figure out how to set up an extremely low calories protein sparing modified fast day, a low-fat carb load day, and a maintenance day. Do that and you'll be able to transition into UD. Oh, and lighten up a bit, okay? I'm not always in the mood to laugh.

Link in my sig has some shit on getting started you can mostly skim through, but the diet stuff might help you get started.

Sorry to hear about your accident. I used to ride - busted my collarbone up pretty bad on my RD350 back in 1987 and spent 10 months in a figure 8 harness. Good times.

You're all way too nice.

Someone give this jerk the heave-ho.

He belongs on bodybuilding.com where all the other asses are.

Would love to see Lyle rip him a new one over on his boards too.

Hey, Merkie!
School's open!
Consider this a highly constructive English lesson:
1. You have no concept of the proper use of the comma. In your first sentence, you should have inserted a comma after "well" (which should be capitalized since it is the beginning of the sentence), and after the word "noticed", just to name a couple of spots off the bat.
2. English is a language, therefore, the "e" should be capitalized.
3. The "T" in "That" after my name (Fatsauce) should be lowercase since it is NOT the beginning of the sentence. Kudos on the correct usage of the comma here!
4. I'm not 100% on this, but, in common prose, the words "uh" and "yea" aren't looked upon fondly. You may want to consider using commas properly in that sentence as well. Just FYI.
5. "thats" is a conjunction of the words "that" and "is", meaning you would need an apostrophe after the "t" and before the "s". This should have been covered in your 3rd Grade classroom.
6. "cameraman" is a compound word and should not have a space between "camera" and "man".
7. "Camera mans" (sic) is a possessive noun, meaning that, once again, you have forgotten to use the apostrophe, albeit for a different reason in this instance.
8. "Built will want your fitday or your macs so go ahead and get it ready." Here, you are addressing two objects of a preposition, which necessitates the use of a plural pronoun. Instead of "it", try "them" next time. Also, comma, comma, comma!
8. "I had some more worst stuff written..." is a total ruination of the English language. This sentence borderlines Ebonics. Perhaps you meant to write "I have had worse stuff written...".
9. "Have you wrote out your plan based on the info or are you waiting." This is a question and should end with a question mark (?). Try using "written" instead of "wrote" in this instance.
10. "i don't see..." - Obviously, the "i" here should be capitalized. You may also want to consider the use of a comma before the "i".
11. You need a comma before the word "but" since it is conjoining two sentences (although this is optional).
12. Your use of the elipsis (...) is unwarranted.

I could go on about properly usage of prepositions, syntax errors, et alii, but I know neither of us want to waste more time on frivolous matters.

Now, to formally address your comments and questions, I have taken your initial advice and searched on the internet for UD2 related articles. This has proven to be quite beneficial. I have found a couple of gentlemen who have posted their UD2 journals, and their numbers and goals are quite similar to my own, which makes this process so much easier. Obviously, I should have conducted this step first! However, I would still love to chat with Built about UD2 since she seems to be the guru in this forum.

For the record, Merk, you look great for a guy that is obviously juicing in the off-season. Keep it up! Your calves do look weak though. I'm not sure that your lack of size down there can be blamed on the cameraman. Also, I'm not sure that any amount of anabolic supplement would aid you here. After examining your pics, your lats are definitely way under developed. Once again, I don't think this is the fault of the cameraman. It could be your posing though. Have you considered posing lessons?
I guess we all can't have the genetics of The Oak or an "alpha" like me!

FYI, I recommend taking in a few more carbohydrates, as it appears that the lack there of has taken a toll on your brain's comprehensive abilities.

Toodles,
FatSauce McGhee

Yowchies on that accident, Built!
Thanks for the insight. I've conducted some research and I think I have the preliminary stage figured out. Of course, I'm sure I'll be tweaking things down the line! There are some GREAT online journals posted out there! I'm sure I'll be hitting you up very soon.

In reference to my recent posts, I'm actually a pretty easy going guy. However, when it comes to fucking with sub-par intelligence, I just can't help myself!

; )

Seriously, thanks again! I'll be in touch soon.

Sorry, RoosterTX! I'm not into vaginas. Especially ones that are under-developed; not to mention vacuous.
And if I may say, I would never waste my time with someone that is not only stingy with information (that he may or may not even know), but clearly fails at their efforts in life. I mean, honestly, with those calves and lats, the best he could ever hope for is second or third place in a podunk regional bodybuilding contest in Boondocks, SC. Seriously, I've seen better posing from drunk trannies on $1 beer night in a Diana Ross Catwalk sing-a-long Show.
You need to toughen up, Merkie. You wouldn't last one minute in my world. There's no crying in butt sex.

Sincerely Wishing You & Yours A Little A.2.M.,
Fatsauce McGhee

So you think you're the smartest guy in the world obviously.

And they call you "Oak."

So why the hell are you here?

Go away.

Hey AstroGlide,
I'm not the smartest guy in the world. I'm just smarter than some of the cretins on this forum (no offense Built! You know you're my grrrl!).

They called Arnold Schwarzenegger "The Oak" during his glory days. MoonDogg likes to call me "Alpha". (Thanks, Moonie!)
You can call me "Daddy FatSauce", if you're nasty ; )

I am here to gain knowledge about UD2.

:in spoiled brat voice: "No. You go away." :tongue sticking out, eyes clinched, thumbs in ears, dick hard, butt hole tight, naked:

ok so with that, I am vomiting, and will now sleep with the light on forever....
by the way, how many times did you vote on american idol? 999999?

I actually hate American Idol. You seem intrigued by me...
Wanna pick this up in a chat session? U IM? ; )

Good for you, you have good genetics in terms of physique but you're an ugly looking motherfucker. You can work on physique but not looks. Sorry mate.

Hey why not spend a little less time in the gym seeing as your physique is "impeccable" and work on your personality instead. It would do you a world of good.

And no, you're not smarter than 80% of this forum, you just walk around with a big cock and balls on your face that you mistake for your brain.

Btw, I think you're way undereating for your physique and that may be slowing down your progress. Bump up your cals and you will burn more fat. Do you know your maintenance? Fats could also go up too.
I'd say you look about 14% BF from that photo you posted but it's impossible to know. If you're tensing your abs I'd bump it up to 15/16%.
And for the record, you have great delts. The sort I'm aiming for. Nice work.

It seems as if I need to bump up my caloric intake about 1000g, and most of these should come from protein, then fat, and lastly carbs.
I just wish I had a better sense of the overall routine for my needs. My goal? To lose the stubborn fat (& the not so stubborn!)! I need to shed about 15-20 lbs of fat in a healthy way (i.e. maintain my lean muscle mass).
FYI
I wasn't tensing at all in the photo. I did, however, just get finished working out, so I definitely have a pump in that photo.
I hope to get a bit more cut than that photo this time around.
Also:
Here's what I've been doing for delts/traps:
Military Press, Military Press Throws, Side Lateral Raises, Rear Lateral Raises, shrugs, upright rows
I love compound movements, too, like cleans, push squats, kettlebells, wall ball, etc. I think I owe them a lot for my definition as well. Of course, good genetics don't hurt. ; )
Give compound movements a try for something different. You will DEFINITELY feel the burn! Those rear lateral raises are also great with cables or dumbbells.

Toodles!
The Fattest Sauce

If you're 14-15% BF and you're looking to lose 15 - 20 lbs of bodyfat UD2 is probably a perfect fit.

That said, it's a rigorous routine in terms of diet, workout, and timing of both.

Not sure it will fit in your...eh hem...lifestyle.

I'm no Lyle expert but the carbs need to come down and the protien and fat need to come up. (on non-carb-up days)

Also someone who has done a UD2 diet, doesn't he need to be at 1,200 k/cals a day on low carb days?

I'm not very versed in the UD2

Ah - a bear! I have a Swiss friend who's into bears. I also have a Mexican friend who IS a bear. I had no idea what this meant until they told me. It's kinda cute, "bear". Sounds cuddly. :)

Steady there T. Best not to play the game.

Built...I'm gonna kick your ass too.

I am not a bear. I am part machine part "sort-of" human. I got this icy stone thing in the middle of my chest-I think its called a heart or something-dunno never used it.

Anyway, the ud2 is actually very easy; its the two low carb days that do a lot of people in. As far as kcals are concerned, I'm not quite sure 1200 kcal is ideal for everyone. Built?
