haha...well if you've noticed I don't do as much hanging around as I used to and I damn sure won't be fucking off with wasting my time.
He says it was constructive criticism. If so, then he failed english, or forgot that words are all you have on the internet. We'll just have to see.
Fatsauce, That was my first show. Built helped me with my diet. And uh, yea anything you see thats short of reminiscent of The Oak is the camera mans fault. Being a rookie poser doesn't help either.
Built will want your fitday or your macs so go ahead and get it ready. Have you wrote out your plan based on the info or are you waiting. If you've read the book i don't see what the problem is. What are you having trouble with? Do you know your maintenance?
I had some more worst stuff written but I'll hold my tongue...or fingers, or whatever you wanna say.
Hey, Merkie!
School's open!
Consider this a highly constructive English lesson:
1. You have no concept of the proper use of the comma. In your first sentence, you should have inserted a comma after "well" (which should be capitalized since it is the beginning of the sentence), and after the word "noticed", just to name a couple of spots off the bat.
2. English is a language, therefore, the "e" should be capitalized.
3. The "T" in "That" after my name (Fatsauce) should be lowercase since it is NOT the beginning of the sentence. Kudos on the correct usage of the comma here!
4. I'm not 100% on this, but, in common prose, the words "uh" and "yea" aren't looked upon fondly. You may want to consider using commas properly in that sentence as well. Just FYI.
5. "thats" is a conjunction of the words "that" and "is", meaning you would need an apostrophe after the "t" and before the "s". This should have been covered in your 3rd Grade classroom.
6. "cameraman" is a compound word and should not have a space between "camera" and "man".
7. "Camera mans" (sic) is a possessive noun, meaning that, once again, you have forgotten to use the apostrophe, albeit for a different reason in this instance.
8. "Built will want your fitday or your macs so go ahead and get it ready." Here, you are addressing two objects of a preposition, which necessitates the use of a plural pronoun. Instead of "it", try "them" next time. Also, comma, comma, comma!
8. "I had some more worst stuff written..." is a total ruination of the English language. This sentence borderlines Ebonics. Perhaps you meant to write "I have had worse stuff written...".
9. "Have you wrote out your plan based on the info or are you waiting." This is a question and should end with a question mark (?). Try using "written" instead of "wrote" in this instance.
10. "i don't see..." - Obviously, the "i" here should be capitalized. You may also want to consider the use of a comma before the "i".
11. You need a comma before the word "but" since it is conjoining two sentences (although this is optional).
12. Your use of the elipsis (...) is unwarranted.
I could go on about properly usage of prepositions, syntax errors, et alii, but I know neither of us want to waste more time on frivolous matters.
Now, to formally address your comments and questions, I have taken your initial advice and searched on the internet for UD2 related articles. This has proven to be quite beneficial. I have found a couple of gentlemen who have posted their UD2 journals, and their numbers and goals are quite similar to my own, which makes this process so much easier. Obviously, I should have conducted this step first! However, I would still love to chat with Built about UD2 since she seems to be the guru in this forum.
For the record, Merk, you look great for a guy that is obviously juicing in the off-season. Keep it up! Your calves do look weak though. I'm not sure that your lack of size down there can be blamed on the cameraman. Also, I'm not sure that any amount of anabolic supplement would aid you here. After examining your pics, your lats are definitely way under developed. Once again, I don't think this is the fault of the cameraman. It could be your posing though. Have you considered posing lessons?
I guess we all can't have the genetics of The Oak or an "alpha" like me!
FYI, I recommend taking in a few more carbohydrates, as it appears that the lack there of has taken a toll on your brain's comprehensive abilities.
Toodles,
FatSauce McGhee
