Here it is, gentleman.
First off let me thanks, OD, OSL, and the man himself, my favorite Uncle, for putting on this competition. No one does it like Z does it!
Once you see my pics you will understand why Im doing the cutter. Im sitting somewhere around 200lbs right now, and its way too sloppy. Im the type of guy who used to say "I can have this pizza, the meat and cheese have protein, plus Im bulking", well not anymore. Ive cleaned up my diet a lot over the last week in a half, to somewhat ease myself into a full blown 100% clean prep-type of diet. Cardio is also a must.
I see every body part as a weak point, so I will be hammering the hell out of all of them. My legs need the most work. I used to be "that guy" who just didnt upperbody, and legs once every couple of months. Ive been hitting them consistently now, and will continue to pound away at them.
In the next couple of days I will talk more about my game plan for this competition, and what I hope to accomplish. Good luck to all my brothers in iron who are taking this journey with me.
(now lets hope I get these pictures right...)
