carbs before bed

Does anyone else feel they cant fall asleep with out any carbs?I know its horrible but last few moths I bulked up,and I'm ready to cut back down.Any solutions?
 
If you Absolutely have to have carbs try to have some type of shake as its liquid and won't set so heavy on your stomach while you sleep, therefore will digest easier. I too love my carbs, but try to eat a heafty protein meal before bed so I dont wake up starving in the middle of the night. Drives my wife crazy when I do because she says I look and act like a bear making noises and my sleepy loud stepping. Lol.
 
what are you eating for your last meal ? do you have any fats with it ?

depending upon your diet and what's happening, there is nothing wrong with carbs at your last meal
 
A liquid carb shake isnt exactly a great thing to have unless you're dealing with stomach issues-the quickly digested carbs will not fill you and irk at you making you hungry in moments.
My suggestion would be steel cut oats, as they will burn slower, and add in a half cup cottage cheese with some natural peanut butter. Add some Waldens flavored syrup-there are several, my favorite is chocolate or caramel syrup, as well as the pancake syrup. It has no carbs, and is just right in this concoction (my nightly concoction).

Also, there is research that shows carbs will make you right for bed, feeling lethargic (sleepy) and satisfied. There's also new research that shows carbs can be taken in conjunction with protein at night which doesnt make you fat as once thought; so I leave a good amount right before and chow down to help sleep without worrying about getting fat.
 
more often than not, I eat carbs after my last meal, I prefer oats and blueberries:winkfinger:

I have to avoid carbs completely before bed while im on tren. I literally wake up drenched.

Back loading is where you leave the carb loading to the back end of the day, post W/O.

There's tonnes of information on the internet and the book is awesome. Gives you so much more freedom over your diet.

Just dont knock out the Wan' Lee Su Large Chicken Lo'men before bed bro. Even if is there special. It made me sick as hell the next morrning.
 
on a real note

I have to be very careful on what kind of carbs i take in before I go to bed.
Oats in small doses are fine for me or even a small yam is fine, but if i eat rice or any kind of noodles, It comes up the next morrning. Its like my body didnt even try to digest it. When it comes ups, its look the same as when i ate it.
