I'm up 5 lbs feeling good, wife said my face i gettin fat though, damn it

ill post my work out when i get home after the gym.

i got tri tip for lunch :ohyeah:

yea makes u feel great....me and my wife went shoping for some grub at WM and all these fat fucks just keep stare at me.....makes me want to say u can be like this too...just get ur ass in gear and do it!!!!...but most people today to fuckin lazy....lol

7pm whole wheat pasta whit mixture of red sauce and Alfredo ground Turkey yellow squash and kale cup of cranberry juice

9:30 befor bed shake

1gal water through out the day

I hope so bro I'm taking Aromasin 12.5 a day and I have ''0'' nipple issues which usually im having by now. I do look like I'm holding water though. hopefully my AI is legit.
 
Looking good bro.. jus passing through.. AI is probaly doing its job if you have 0 nip problems lol... little water cant hurt you can always pull it off in the final days
