can someone create a deit for me, please :D

i want to build bulk, i workout 3-4 times a week
 
What are you eating now that you want to change?

Why don't you create try to create a diet and then post it and let everyone help you improve it, especially since no one knows what kind of foods you like.
 
6:45 AM: oatmeal or eggs with daily vitamims

9:30 AM: whey protein

12:30 PM: school food or fast food with friends :yell:

3:00 PM: fruit or vegies or grains (snack)

6-7 PM: steak with vegies

9:00 PM: whey protein

i need to change my lunch for sure, im thinking of making a turkey sandwhich, can i use mayo? or can i make like 3 pb&j sandwhiches?
 
How many cals are you shooting for with this? protein?carbs?fat? These are things you need to think about when making a diet up.

Yes you need to change your lunch to something healthier. Try tuna fish or a chicken breast, some veggies and a slow burning carb (apple, grapefruit, brown rice, sweetpotato).

Balance your meals out with protein, fat and slow burning carbs. Your snack needs protein. Not just some fruit or grains or veggies. Remember balance.

Use fitday.com if you need to get calorie or macronutrient information on the foods you are eating.
 
PS....at 16yrs old don't worry so much about cutting or bulking. Just worry about changing your diet to reflect a healthier lifestyle and exercise safely and properly. The rest will fall into place.

well, if you must. at least try and eat smart

A turkey or tuna sandwich would be best with some veggies

I recommend that you figure out the macro and calorie breakdown, you can use www.fitday.com for this.
