is 6 reps of 90lbs DB Shoulder Presses good?

it's impressive to me. i tore my rotator cuff really bad about 2 yrs ago. i have rehabbed it and slowly tried to work back up. anything over 70lbs causes me sugnificant pain.

some of my bros fuck with me and tell me to work through it but honestly, i'm scared to try.

that was probably the worst injury i've ever had and i don't want to take any chances and have to go through that shit again.

Well, maybe since you asked nicely, i'll start doing Standing DB Shoulder Presses for you <3 and make a video of it

Really good lift considering your shoulder is fucked.

Dude, you need a partner bad. You didn't even look close to failure on this set. Those 100's are too easy for you, man. Definitely a strong muthafucker though.

that gym doesnt have 110s
100 straight to 120

my wife cant help...she weighs a dumbells worth

training partners are always undependable

How much did those bowtechs cost ya? And, what do they go up to?

600 bucks....go up to 90

not bad for at home

Damn. I didn't think they were that steep. I tell myself every year I need to drop my expensive gym membership and buy a pair of those. Pricey, though.

im sure you can get them cheaper now...they are discontinued and there are smaller sets

the ones i have got these giant square handles...they are pretty awkward

You consider some GH? Does wonders I hear.

Heck, if you're lucky, you could pick up a used squat rack and bar for less than that...

The high-tech dumbbells would make a nice addition to a home gym though (the dumbbells you load weights onto manually are ghetto as hell...)

I like my wieghts like KOS's vagina, with sand in them
