Hey guys.

I'm wanting to first of all cut my BF% down to around 9% (currently 12.5%) so I have some sort of view of my abs. I weigh about 182.5 lbs and I'm about 6'4". Last year I lost about 20 pounds or so, which came mainly off my legs but also a fair bit off my stomach. So my stomach is really the only place left to get rid of fat.

Once I'm done cutting, I'm planning on bulking up a little. Just planning on defining my abs and working on my arms and legs to get them looking good. Problem is I'm not too wise about this whole protein and exercise stuff, so I need some help.

I'm thinking about buying that whey protein shake stuff because I hear everyone recommending it. Another problem is that I can't go to a gym and at home all I've got is my mum's exercise bike and 5.5 lbs dumbbells as well as my mum's exercise ball. I'm not wanting to be full on massive bulging muscles here, but I thought if I stuck to using the dunbells and doing push-ups and crunches and leg raises that I'd get some sort of progress.

I might be able to get my hands on some 11 to 22 pound single hand weights. Basically, I need some direction here. Is there anything I can add to this or take away from it and what sort of foods I should eat? I'm pretty lost.

Thanks for any help.

Food - love the nickname, lol - please read homework 1. Most of what you're asking is probably in there. If it isn't, post up your questions after working through the exercise and we'll see what we can do to help, okay?
