Nope not measuring wrong. My arm wasnt completely extended, it was relaxed, maybe a 15 degree bend at the elbow.CowPimp said:I think you guys are measuring wrong. You shouldn't be curling your arm when you measure your forearm. Your arm should be extended.

Forearm exercises kinda come and go with the problems I have. What rep range do you do your curls in and do you do reverse also?du510 said:Do you do any lifts specifically targetting the forearms? I do heavy forearm BB curls, at 135/145 lbs, it makes a huge difference. Just the grip work from working back, etc, isnt enough IMO.
du510 said:Thats understandable.
I usually do sets of 12, and dont do any reverse curls. I just work the belly on the underside.

No, the smallest is 13, MINE!Duncans Donuts said:If these measurements are accurate, this is the most impressive composite of forearms on the internet...if the smallest forearm measurement is 13.75 inches, especially.
BigDyl said:What about that Warren guy? He's doing heavy weights easily with minimal training and no drugs (apparently).
Duncans Donuts said:At a bodyweight of 255 pounds (and from pictures, looking ridiculously massive) Ray Mentzer had 15 1/8 inch forearms. They look unreal. The fact that everyone here is within an inch seems quite interesting
