I think it's about time I started using weights, but my gym doesn't have a belt. Is there another logical way to do weighted dips other than someone putting a dumbell between your legs?
drew.haynes said:For a friend's belt we took a normal lifting belt... bought a small chain at walmart, hack-sawed it to a good length, and got a small screw-open carabener (sp?). Cost probably 5 bucks for the chain and carabener... he uses it and I think it works out pretty well for him, just hangin from the the big loop on the front of his regular lifting belt.

Caesar said:If anybody has considered getting a weighted dip belt but wasnt sure if it is worth it, i highly suggest getting one. I got mine two weeks ago and im looking for excuses to use it.
