If he retained 3 pounds out of 35 that he gained in his very first cycle then he obviously did something wrong Post cycle. Quit lifting. Quit eating. Quit everything.

Couldn't he have made his cycle shorter? He claims that is his first cycle. 100 lbs dumbells? I do even do steroids and I was able to do that at 18 years old. It's not impressive to me.

Equipoise is generally run around 16 weeks for best results. He coulda dropped the EQ all together and just ran Test and Dbol and got the same result. While I respect his writing ability, because I hammered through that entire article in 5 minutes, I think he's still a fuckin idiot.
