Update: 9/22/2011
As everyone knows I have a little bit of a chest injury so I did not hit chest today. However, I did do about 30 mins on the stair master and my legs got a PUMP! I have no idea how they got such a massive pump from just stairs. I would say hands down Uncle Z's DBOL is top of the line.
Here is a picture I just snapped last week for fun. I saw that my arms were pumped so I was like WTH let me just snap a pic, ha ha.
After last weeks football game/tail gate I was craving some carbs so I cooked up some wheat pasta with some chicken. Here's the pic:
I will get a set of better pictures up ASAP. Hopefully this will due in the mean time.

oh I know that stairs bring out some nice separation in the quads. I just didn't think I would get an almost painful pump from it lol.

ha ha thanks guys. Sipping on a shake now then getting ready for bed. No thursday thursday for me tonight. Like Phil Heath said, you can't be a rockstar and a bodybuilder.

Update: 9/23/2011
Just sitting down now to eat meal number two then off to school. After I get done with studying I'll BLAST LEGS and then quickly take a 50g whey shake. I'm hopefully for a real intense leg workout!

-I never do front squats so this was definitely a change. Obviously a lot harder than regular back squats
Leg Extensions- FST-7
- 7 sets for 12-10 reps w/ a 30 sec break in between sets

-After my last set I felt like my legs were going to fall off. I honestly wanted to leave the gym because I felt like I was going to puke! Instead ,I drank some water, rested 5 mins, then went on to hit hams.

-If you are wondering why I always do hams light, it because I train them like they should be trained lol. Explode on the positive, control the negative, hams are a fast twitch muscle.

Notes: I will definitely be going in full force next week. If I can train heavy I definitely will! I feel like I could hit 315 on front squats next week no prob.
I' am loving this first cycle and I know I will continue to make huge gains. I still have plenty of time to improve my physique for this competition. At the end of the 10 weeks it's going to be lights out!!!
