Notes: Today was my first day back into the gym, since my hairline fracture on my wrist. I felt good, but towards the end my wrist started to hurt so I backed off and did light weights throughout the rest of the w/o. I'm back to pounding the food and trying to lift heavy, but being smart as well.

Tomorrow is delts, so the pressing movements will definitely be a good indicated if my wrist is starting to heal up.

I am so happy and thankful to be back in the gym! I m not going to miss another meal here on out and I'll train smart and hard as possible. Good things to come!

-Yeah, my wrist was definitely hurting me. It took a lot of out me to just stay at 225. I wanted to throw some big boy weight around again, but I'm trying to be smarter this time around ha ha.

Notes: My weight has been hovering around 217-220 lbs for the past week or so. I think I will be able to maintain this weight until I start my next cycle. I started clomid this week and I noticed my face started to break out a bit. Hopefully the acne goes away and I will continue to heal. Next week = big boy weight haha
 
I hear that!!! Most of the time i hold it back... but not always!! lol

2 hours ago I had 12 oz beef and 1.5 cups of white rice
30 mins ago I just had 8 oz chicken and 1 cups rice

Idk why but I'm really hungry today. I won't train until late in the evening so hopefully I can lift some heavy weights with no problems!
 
I can't wait to clean bulk....mmmm food
