Come on all you, tell me how many. Most of you I'm sure have already bulked, or are in the process of it. So tell me how many sets for the large muscles and how many sets for the small muscles per week would you say the average person needs (TO BULK UP ).
FILL IN THE BLANKS
shoulders----------------------------------------?
chest--------------------------------------------?
back---------------------------------------------?
legs----------------------------------------------?
arms---------------------------------------------?
If you decide not to reply, obviously your a skinny little shit who spends most of his time sitting on the couch reading muscle mag's and eating potato chips wishing you could look like the ones who will respond

# of sets doesnt change for cutting or bulking. the diet is what changes.

Lol, or they could be tired of answering the same questions over and over :D

This is a matter of opinion, in any case. Legs for me, once a week. Chest, once a week. Arms, once a week. Back, once a week. I usually add an extra day of rest between legs and any workout.

After reading most threads day after day I've found that most things repeat just worded differently. Remember one thing, these forums are growing like mushrooms. They constantly have new guest who sign up and become members. Now tell me, isn't it easier to look at the first page of threads to find some of your answere which will result in having more time to train. I'm lucky. I'm retired and have all day to read, post and lift. I think i'll continue the above and watch for stupid answeres like yours and dumb ?'s like mine. LOL

I find it hard to believe that taking the 10-20mins to look at past pages sets your workout times all off.

Lets see.
1) Training
2) Diet & Nutrition
3) Supplements
4) Anabolic Zone
10-20 min's x 4. 40-80 min's x how many forums your a member of.
5) Looks like a person has to be retired to get in all that extra reading and have time to eat and train. hell I forgot about a little SLEEP!!!!!!

Ditto. I do the same number of sets/reps of each muscle group. Only the weight obviously changes.
