I'm trying 2 cut up a little & 4 the most part I'm doing pretty well. I eat fairly clean & I've cut out most of the junk I used to eat. I eat alot more protien than I used to. I now eat smaller portions but more often & I've lost 6 kgs in about a month
The only problem is very late at night, just b4 I go 2 sleep I crave junk food. I sometimes give in 2 these urges, other times I fight them & go 2 sleep craving. When I do this I always wake up absolutely starving 4 junk food. This happens just about every night. What can I do 2 stop this? It's true I lost weight but now I've plateaued & I'm afraid I wont lose anymore fat whilst I crave these rubbish foods at night. Why can I go without all day no worries, but at night (the worst time 4 it) I crave so bad?
