Yes and no. Liquids are usually under dosed more often then pills. But there are places the have good chems.

Personally I have never used liquids and always have thought a person is way better off to use pharm grade items.
I have read that some things dont stay suspended in liquids well.
I'd just go with tabs.

Liquids are easier to dose / adjust dosages etc. I always did well with adex and serms as liquids but ive found there are only a few places i can consistently trust. CEM sponsors here and they are one of them.

it does not matter AT ALL!
only thing that matters is WHO is making it.
both can be crap or good qualitly.

pick a place thats been around for a long time and has good reviews and your good. I rec CEM myself

thats STAN form CEM, I use it now no issues.
I mean all of them may settle a little bit, but you should always give it a 1sec shake anyway, i dont thing its a hassle.
so far so good with my test/mast cycle.

if you can find tabs cheap then ofcourse id just pick that, but for 80% of my (chem) stuff is suspended n works good so far.

It seems 50/50
ive alway used liquid for easier dosage and price. I've alway purchased rasa research. Anyone here have something to say on rasa?

If its not pharmacuetical grade pills, then its all up to the quality of the person/company making them. A research liqiud could be just as effective as pharm grade, but real pharm grade meds have to meet strict fda or govt regulations of their country where as ugl or liquids have no one regulating them. You just hope they have to be smart enough to realize they'll make far more money in long run by gaining a solid reputation by correctly dosing there chems and satifying the customers needs.
