i feel like a dumbass asking this but is it ok? does it further effect blood pressure? i vaped about a bowl a night for a couple years with monthly breaks in between and stopped a month ago because it made my social anxiety worse but now i feel 10x better off it. the only problem is...it's by far the best sleep aid i know of or can get. melatonin only works for like a week and fades out.
what are your thoughts on this? is there anything i can get OTC other than melatonin that will help me sleep? im only a week into tren at 350mg a week and waking up several times a night. probably only gonna get worse.
