I think its great for eating, its takes stress off your body
, its makes you get them extra meals in with eeeaze. I never have smoked before the gym because i get a natural high when im working out
so id rather stay sober. but i deff smoke post training
usually at night, and on my days off

My problem was that I could never eat any of the right foods... I throw down some serious calories but all shit calories.
