Ok, so let me here your thoughts.

If I workout arms/front delts, and do either BACK or CHEST 2 days after do you think if I...

1.) ...train back, I will be overtraining my biceps?
2.) ...train chest, I will be overtraining my front delts and tris?

Keep in mind my recovery is faster because I am on test and tren. But also keep in mind my strength has gotten a lot higher from the steroids, so in turn making my muscles more destroyed and needing possibly the same amount of rest or more if I was off cycle..

Thanks for your reply's!

it's almost impossible to over-train on gear with CNS output greatly increased, one of the greatest benefits of those types of supps. over-training occurs over a period of time anyway with decreased strength and performance in sports being the 2 most noticeable effects.

overtraining is not even close to impossible on gear..its almost easier because people get the mentality they are superman and can work out 7 days a week

I agree that it is easier to overtrain the CNS if you are constantly squatting, benching, and deadlifting while on cycle because though muscle recovers much quicker, the CNS doesn't.

With that said, it is virtually impossible to overtrain smaller muscle groups like the arms and shoulders. It is common to develop tendonitis and easy to incur connective tissue injuries however. Just keep a eye on that and you should be good.

100% incorrect...the increase in androgens effects the tissues that comprise the CNS is a very positive manner, increasing neural output and is exactly why over-training on steroid users is almost unheard of.

Cool, I'm always in for being corrected and learning something new. Could you point me somewhere I could learn more about it?

hahaha you belt stealers thing cracks me up?!?! haha You get jacked!?

And btw, can you explain more one CNS overtraining?

Yeah I got jacked... my Inzer forever-lever that I had for years... I looked for the son of a bitch that took it waiting for him to fk up and wear it to the gym but never did.

Seriously LAM, I didn't know AS had much affect on the central nervous system.

I'm very interested in this, too. I know that AAS affect nerve insulin sensitivity, but I'd love to read more on overall CNS activation.

And for the record (I think HB and I are on the same page here) we're not being snarky. Each of us has reasons why this is important information we'd like to know more about.

Got something we can read, LAM?

Not the forever belt! I got mine because you said how much you loved yours!

Fucker. I pity the fool the day you see him wearing your belt! :paddle:

I believe on gear, 2 days are optimal and are all that's needed (depending on your goals, of course)

Dont hold your breath because the basis of his arguement is wrong. What he is saying about it helping the CNS "may" be accurate, but saying that makes it near impossible to overtrain on gear because of this is total bullshit. If what he is saying is right, then I would not know many strongmen and powerlifters than end up overtraining while on gear.

Even though some may disagree, if you feel that you are starting to over train, take some time off. Or at least do some sort of decreased load if you feel you can't get away from the gym for a week
