Ok, so let me here your thoughts.
If I workout arms/front delts, and do either BACK or CHEST 2 days after do you think if I...
1.) ...train back, I will be overtraining my biceps?
2.) ...train chest, I will be overtraining my front delts and tris?
Keep in mind my recovery is faster because I am on test and tren. But also keep in mind my strength has gotten a lot higher from the steroids, so in turn making my muscles more destroyed and needing possibly the same amount of rest or more if I was off cycle..
