Hey guys i was jus wonderin wat everyone does as far as sets and reps and weight, i was doin 3 sets for a while and id add weight each set, id do 10-12 reps but i couldnt do each one to failure and then add more weights ,my form was jus gettin really shitty on the last set and i wasnt feelin it where i wanted to, then i started doin 4 sets, 12, 10 ,8 and 6 reps adding weight each set, but then i noticed that the first set wasnt total failure and the last one i did alot of cheat reps, now i think im gunna keep the weight the same for 4 sets and do as many reps as i can with strict form prolly something like 12 for the first then 10, 8, 6 with only about a minutes rest inbetween. Jus wonderin wat u guys do and wat u think of this style.
