I've always thought sexual harassment was when you psychically touched someone, never knew sexual harrassment was making a few comments here and their. They suspended my membership at my gym WITHOUT A REFUND for allegedly sexually harrassment, do you guys think I should take this to court?

Well, IMO, fellahs that use that tired, macho approach are lacking in either self esteem or intellect....or both. Okay, usually both.

assDude could have easily passed on the "that position looks good, babe", and gone with something more genuine like, "man, I wish I were that flexible" or something insanely courteous like, "wow, you have excellent form. You must have been doing [program] for quite some time." followed by backing the heck off if the female's response is awkward or uncomfortable. Of course, these might be lame assed lines, but they're just examples... something less direct and/or intimidating....simple conversation starters.

Now, as for myself, I have had the good fortune of being able to pull off some seriously stupid one~liners in the past.....but only because I have icy blue eyes, the perfect physique.......and a rare form of comedic tourettes syndrome that often causes me to spout off rediculous things with decent results.
