question. In doing t-bar rows am i supposed to ALSO feel it in the back of my biceps?? because i do! i did them today n i felt it a lot in the back of my biceps!! am i supposed to or not?

most any back exercise will hit your bis alittle...key is to try to stress your lats and not pull too much with your bis

Dude, one thing that helps with me is to pull through with the elbows and really flex the lats while you're at the bottom/top of the movement. Try and mentally eliminate the biceps, visualise a pair of cords pulling your elbows back. It's hard to describe, now that I think about it.

I love T-Bar rows, though, done with a neutral grip (I do mine with a barbell and the V-bar extension piece from the pulldown machine)

Peace.

My gym just brought in a T-bar row machine, plate loaded base, and I find it great

I loves me some T-bar rows!! Try and focus on squeezing those back muscles together. I try not to let the angle on my arms go any much less than a 45 degree angle that way I know I'm not using the bi's too much.

I love T bar rows as well. just make sure to keep your shoulders back and concentrate on contracting your lats.

T bar rows are kick ass on at least eight different levels. I always feel it in my bis as well though. It does not seem infulence the amount of work done by my lats however, as long as I pull your shoulders back as far as I possibly can on each rep.

Yay rows by thrid all time favorite thing to do at the gym!!
