Well it 5.00 am in Hong Kong Eatting my ass off! Dumb ass question what is Subbed? Will be working on ABS, all this week and starting to take my calorie intake up to 4,000 a day! Once I start the Z-Gear next week (Its Monday Here) will bump up to 4,500 cal.

Goal is to finish up 10 week cycle with an ending weigh of 190 lbs! Need 10 of those pounds in LEGS!!! LOL! It is my lagging body part for sure!! Plan on getting a Deep Tissue massage EVERY DAY while I am in China to get the musles really loosened up to GROW!!!:ohyeah:

No scales in room but have a gym here so may hit some legs this week just to get a little jump start. Will pin in Glutes Mon and Thursday have never pinned anywhere else.

I think with a 15lb weight increase lean will be a VERY IMPRESSIVE gains and will show that not only is Z domestic line fast on arrival! 4 days!! But HIGH QUALITY Products!!!! i will post up my typical workout for 10 week comp! Any suggestions on leg workout feel free to comment!

Maybe not the extension but def the curls or maybe sub them for stiff leg deads. Dont want a imbalance which could cause injury bro! Looking good and good luck:clapping:

I appreciate everyones comments and it is going to be a battle for sure!!! I am chomping at the bits to start this Z GEAR!!!!!! I am serious about this competition and people that know me I am very competitve! I do not believe in second place on anything!!!
