Just wondering what exercise is best for building whatever that muscle is to the rear of the tricep... ( or is that just part of the tricep ? )
you know how some ppl have that main tricep muscle built up... but others will have the rear portion built up aswell giving them that 'horse shoe' shaped triceps.
Is that just genetics, or can that be targeted ?
