Welcome to the forums; however, no one will recommend anything whatsoever without first knowing your stats. Height/weight/bodyfat%/age (you should be at least 24yoa)/workout history/diet, etc. Then and only then can we offer reliable advice.
BF is 21% at 190lbs on 6' frame. In all honesty, I'd spend a few months trying to get BF down to around 12 before cycling. You'll get so much better results that will be much more worth it and satisfying if you start aas with a lower BF. I can only make some reasonable aas suggestions if you're already in decent shape but 21%BF doesnt' qualify IMO. Not being a d*ck but believe me - you'll be doing yourself a huge favor by first knocking that BF down some in order to get into position for a cycle. Since you're interested in a mass cycle, you probably will not get the results you want in that you'd end up retaining a lot of water and BF could get higher and out of control. Diet properly and get that BF down AT LEAST 6-7 percentage points. Do alot of cardio and HIIT. That's the best I could offer you at this point but maybe some vets/gurus will make another suggestion.
