If I could go back and do a first cycle I would experiment with test boosters like Letro 250mcg/ed, Clomid 50mg/2xd, Propecia, and Proviron 50mg/day helps free up all the test with 200mg/wk of Primo Depot and 50mg/ed Var which have minimal shut down. Reason being is our natural test is reportedly 3 times more effective than synthetic.

Never heard that and I don't know why that would be. Your body can't tell the difference between natural test and exogenous test.They're both chemically the same just introduced into the body in different ways.

I introduce my test anally. I seems to absorb the best in my manhole.

Test only is the way to go for beginners. 300-500 mg ew.

Some guy posts this on the internet? That's your basis for saying endogenous test is 3x more effective than injections?

I put on 20lbs of some dang lean gains off diet, protein, and a multi-Vit. It is deffinately the place I recommend starting.
 
so whats all this i'm hearing about winny v? what is it exactly? sounds like a knock off off winstrol for the public or something
 
Make sure you have all the basics in order before you look at AAS. A good point to start is to make sure your diet is a healthy one with sufficient protein to fuel your muscle growth and enough carbohydrates to give you energy to do the actual exercises.

Make sure you are following a good resistance program - FORM and CONSISTENCY

Then have a look at normal supplements such as Creatine, L-Glutamine, etc and a good protein powder (Not just whey protein, get a good blend of various types of protein)

Then you can move to more specialized supplements -

Only then you should look at gear.
