In your before pics it looks like more but if its 1 inch that is very good. Most guys hold fat in their lower back.
No more for sure than 1 inch! I was trying to look fat in before pics! :roflmao:

8-29-11 Daily food intake

Total Calories 3,509

Total carbs 464

Total fat 53

Total Protien 249

meal 1= Protien Shake, 1 cup oatmeal

meal 2= 3 Boiled eggs, Yogurt

meal 3= Bagel cream cheese

meal 4=Cliff bar, Yogurt, 3 boiled eggs (just the whites)

Meal 5= brown Rice and checken breast

Meal 6 Post protien shake

meal 7 chicken breast, brown rice, green beans, bake potato, milk

meal 8=protien drink before bed

Going to stick with this intake and see how much weight i put on in a week. Dont want to get fat. Will ajust as needed throughout 10 weeks. Normally I eat 2,600 a day to maintain current weight. I have bumped it up almost 1,000 cal which is quite a bit, with Z.. Gear should not be an issue! Was amazed the injection was painless! Z gear rocks!!!

Bulking, but will add calories after a week trying to gage how much to take in a week. Trying to add clean Mass! I am sure i will end up at around 4,500 cal a week.

Am 174lbs no weight gain! Still setting the same no soreness today after first pen!:clapping:

Noticed after first dose of Dbol yesterday while working out was pretty intense seemed to habe BP up a little nothing to worry about of course. Going to blast Shoulders and Traps today.!:winkfinger:

No on nothing for BP will keep an eye on it! Maybe it was because i took the 40mg at once pre-work sup, Coffee and then hit the gym!! I felt buzzed!!! :mooh: STRONG AS SHIT! This considering my first work out comming off a 16 hour flight and still felt strong!! By the end of the week on Z Gear will be lifting a fuckin building!!!:ohyeah:

Meal 3= brown Rice and checken breast

Meal 4 = Yougurt, Apple, Oatmeal

meal 5= Post Protien Shake

Meal 6= 2 chicken breast, 2 cups brown rice, green beans, bake potato, milk

Meal 7= 2 Boiled Eggs

Meal 8 = protien drink before bed

I have add the last meals of the day so pretty much I am eatting the same food everyday!

Carbs are high, but should be burning them off pretty easy! Ben took out the cream Cheese for you!! LOL

Getting ready to hit my home gym, which will consist of DB, Straight Bar and Home Gym "Powertech", which is a leverage gym. It takes regular weights for HG. I am able then to shock Muscles,

After not working out for 8 days yesterdays chest and tri's I am sore as shit!!! Time to push through it!!

LOL There ya go bud I think that was the prob for your BP.:winkfinger: Try splitting the doses through the day and some hawthorn berry.
