Worked on form more than how much weight I pushed. Hitting Arms first made a big difference on back for sure! Great pump and work out!
Also 8 sets of abs, various exercises from leg lifts, crunches, and weighted. Heavy wanted to see ABS he will see ABS!![]()
oh ya man hitting bis makes a huge difference. you werent able to go as heavy buy your using more back and less bis since you pre-exhausted them. not bad to switch it up like that
