ya man just play around with it...in the morn il have 1/2 cup of oats to get the day started then you need carbs to hit the iron hard and have enough energy for cardio...then you need carbs post workout..pre/post ill have 1/2 cup of brown rice..but then no carbs...so like three meals of carbs thats it. but if thats too much just cut out one of those carb meals

play around a little man...always keep protein high tho man

I think everyone is different on carb need. Some need alot, some need very little. Very low carbs has little to no effect on my weight lifting or cardio. That's probably due to six years of fasted training first thing in the morning.

Have never tried Low carbs before so I will see how it goes! For me I have always been the guy that can eat anything I want and does not get me fat! Everyone said wait to you hit 30, and then it was 40! At 47, i am still pretty much the same way! I guess it is good to a point, but trying to hit the 190 mark has been really tough!! To drop BF for me is really not that hard, normaly change eatting habbits a little and throw in Cardio once or twice a week within a week can drop a % or 2! Now saying that I HATE CARDIO! So it will be a chalange for me to stick with it! Woke up am and looked in Mirror and like the look! So I am getting motivated to really lean out! Wife wants to send me for a spray on TAN before last pics and shave all my hair!! LOL

dont do cardio. you dont need it. its only for fat people like myself

Have started cutting back on carbs, and fat with increased protien! Other than feeling hungry now not too bad! Just finished back and felt great!! Stregth Thru the roof as well!!!! Already feel like I am on my way now to end results can see the difference!

Have set new rule no carbs after 3.00pm!

The rest of the guys have got me now motivated in a little different direction with everyone leaning up from where they were at!!!:shooter: Nice job everyone!

I know Heavy can go the distance lets see what the youngsters bring this last half! I am feeling really Jacked today for sure! One of the more motivated workouts to date!!

Will blast chest and backarms today!! Feeling pretty good sticking to my low carb diet now for the next 30 days!!! Energy level so far good. but I am sure that might change! LOL. getting ready to break into last bottle of test. have enough maybe for Sundays pen!

yea it actually was really good! Crazy thing is have cut back carbs and fat, but my stamana has gone up! Really foicused now on form and switching up routiens! have noticed nice changes in vascularaty and abs! See the BF peeling away and my Bf checked last night at the gym 8% was what I was told. Never really have been to much on what % is but look ion mirror. Same place/person checked at the begging of comp, and it has went down! Weight currently 184lbs which is still 11lbs up from begging of cycle. I am still within my goals as far as finished weight that I posted at the begging of contest:winkfinger:

Just an Fyi 123lbs wife 315lbs squat for 10 reps! Loaded 365lbs on her did 1 rep with a little help from me! Was very impressed! damm maybe she is stilling my gerar!! LOL

Strength and stamana is still great even cutting carbs way back actually seems to have helped! sounds crazy, but for whatever reason body likes low carbs!!!
