Not completely sure on BF you can look at pics and see what you think! Goal is to drop as much BF as possible and not get under 182lbs.
I started comp at 173lbs and BF about the same.

ya man just play around with it...in the morn il have 1/2 cup of oats to get the day started then you need carbs to hit the iron hard and have enough energy for cardio...then you need carbs post workout..pre/post ill have 1/2 cup of brown rice..but then no carbs...so like three meals of carbs thats it. but if thats too much just cut out one of those carb meals

I think everyone is different on carb need. Some need alot, some need very little. Very low carbs has little to no effect on my weight lifting or cardio. That's probably due to six years of fasted training first thing in the morning.

Have started cutting back on carbs, and fat with increased protien! Other than feeling hungry now not too bad! Just finished back and felt great!! Stregth Thru the roof as well!!!! Already feel like I am on my way now to end results can see the difference!

yea it actually was really good! Crazy thing is have cut back carbs and fat, but my stamana has gone up! Really foicused now on form and switching up routiens! have noticed nice changes in vascularaty and abs! See the BF peeling away and my Bf checked last night at the gym 8% was what I was told. Never really have been to much on what % is but look ion mirror. Same place/person checked at the begging of comp, and it has went down! Weight currently 184lbs which is still 11lbs up from begging of cycle. I am still within my goals as far as finished weight that I posted at the begging of contesthell of a workout boss
