Just got to hotel checked out equipment getting ready to do some cardio. may hit some light back tomorow or shoulders. They have enough weights to do a light day and then follow up latter in the week with a Heavy. depends on what body part I want to hit! Not LEGS for sure!!! There sore as shit today!!![]()

Good pump for sure still hovering at 185lbs that is still 11lb gain from start of comp. I do not think at this point I am holding any water so I expect to finish at this weigh, we will see!

fuark that's crazy. When I say ATG Squats I literally squat down until my hams touch my calfs. It's not the safest but it feels comfortable for me. I'm going to try back squats this week and see how much weight I can hit RAW.
