Glad Legs are not until Sunday!! Knees feel the last work out!! NO MORE 495!!! Will stay at the 405 mark!! Its just when you feel really strong I keep wanting to had more weight!! My wife said are you fuckin Crazy! Told her Hell Yea!

The issue is my joints can't handle the weight that maybe the rest of me can! Like Heavy said thats how you get injured! I am not injured, but i can tell I think i might have went just a little to heavy!! LOL

Good pump for sure still hovering at 185lbs that is still 11lb gain from start of comp. I do not think at this point I am holding any water so I expect to finish at this weigh, we will see!
 
I know how you feel. My squats are limited by my knees too. I may be OK doing them, but the next week sucks.

Well just popped the top on the last bottle of Test today and did my pin! Was very sad opening the last bottle!:(

Knees feel better today than yesterday, I was getting a little concerned, but no worries!! LOL

Going to BLAST some arms when I get home before my daughters Softball game! Thank god I mutitask well!!:ohyeah:

Still working on these last few weeks cutting! Damm its seems to be flying by now that we are getting to the end!!!:nail:

I feel I have made great progress from the start of comp! Would have liked to put on MORE WEIGHT!

Next cycle will Hit the 190 pretty easy since I am closer now than I ever have been! I have only been 190lb once inmy life and that was in my mid 20's! Yea a few days ago!! Was in great shape then! My wife FINALLY told me this week my arms are as BIG as when she met me 13yrs ago!!:clapping:

That was a nice EGO BOOST for me!! She said to tell everyone they are doing a great job!:clapping: Not as good as me of course!! LOL
