Well just popped the top on the last bottle of Test today and did my pin! Was very sad opening the last bottle!:(

Knees feel better today than yesterday, I was getting a little concerned, but no worries!! LOL

Going to BLAST some arms when I get home before my daughters Softball game! Thank god I mutitask well!!:ohyeah:

Still working on these last few weeks cutting! Damm its seems to be flying by now that we are getting to the end!!!:nail:

I feel I have made great progress from the start of comp! Would have liked to put on MORE WEIGHT!

Next cycle will Hit the 190 pretty easy since I am closer now than I ever have been! I have only been 190lb once inmy life and that was in my mid 20's! Yea a few days ago!! Was in great shape then! My wife FINALLY told me this week my arms are as BIG as when she met me 13yrs ago!!:clapping:

That was a nice EGO BOOST for me!! She said to tell everyone they are doing a great job!:clapping: Not as good as me of course!! LOL

Back tonight going to blast when I get home work out of the house since I have something going on and can't make it to the gym and back in time! Feeling good and the gear has been great! My old lady has not even bitched about my moods! LOL.

Going to take Chuck's advice shave, and go do the spray on tan, maybe can cover tats, but I doubt it! Place close buy does competention spray on tans and told me if I let her take some pics and post on her website she would cut me a deal!! :ohyeah:

Will post workout when I am finished!! Hit some abs tonight! Hit the old lady for a little extra cardio!:owned:

Diet is on track have cut cal back some not to much, and feeling still very pumped! Injection sore to day, but I had a few issues with last pin! Will hit the Hot-Tub tonight and injoy the 83 Jet massage and the old lady!!:ohyeah:

Going into week 8 next week hard to believe we have been at it now for almost 2 months!!! damm time flys when your having fun!!!

Also looked at early post and my goal was to hit 190lb and finish out comp at 185lbs with less BF! Looks like i will make goals set at the begging of comp!

I would go with the tanning bed if I were you. you can always tell when someone does the spray they have that orange look. I always have a surfer tan so I look pretty stoopid at the gym.

get outta here. comp. tan is 100x better and darker than tanning bed. your talking about the machine spray tan you get at the surfer tan shops :nail:

Im sure he meant barbell. 185 for reps with db's on incline would probably make him the strongest guy on this site lol
 
that reminds me. you would have loved this dude I ran into at the gym. some out of shape old dude who claims he used to rep out 250lb dbs on bench. you would have had a field day with him haha
 
I had to show some 40 year old dude how to deadlift yesterday....he looked at me like i was crazy....i finally said do what you want to its your spine dumbass

Nice leg work out, my upper body is sore as hit today, chest, back, traps, Lats and tri's! Can't believe how sore i got! Have been really switching things around, but more than anything really focusing on the muscle I am hitting! have noticed a more intense workout and soreness.

Cardio consisted of roller bladding for 3 hours with daughter today!:winkfinger:

Headed out of town in the morning to OH, so will work on cardio and abs this week.

Starting week 8 tomorrow, and have actually been gaining some nice size over the past few weeks! the test has really been helping gain size and schread BF! Have been very impressed with the Z gear and would recommens to anyone!!:winkfinger:
