Worked on form more than how much weight I pushed. Hitting Arms first made a big difference on back for sure! Great pump and work out!

Also 8 sets of abs, various exercises from leg lifts, crunches, and weighted. Heavy wanted to see ABS he will see ABS! :owned:

oh ya man hitting bis makes a huge difference. you werent able to go as heavy buy your using more back and less bis since you pre-exhausted them. not bad to switch it up like that :winkfinger:

yea I know I have to REALLY step it up! I dont think I am holding any water so thats good!! Just need to dial in the food intake carbs etc the last couple of weeks! If I can maintain the weight then I think 13lb increase is pretty fuckin amazing in my mind. Whe I started this thing I asked a few people what would be good results and was told 3 to 4 lbs of LM?

I am a HARD GAINER so 13lbs is amazing and shows how GREAT Z gear is!! Wife has me doing cardio with her she is BRUTAL!!!!:winkfinger: Lucky for me loosing BF comes very easy, have never been that low in BF, but have never tried! If I can get to around 7 to 8% and stay at 186 I will be jacked for sure!!

Most of the weight gain is water. It is sub q and inter muscular.

Notice how smooth he looks. Few veins and kind of a soft look. It's either fat and/or water. Once he leans down and drops the test and d-bol down he will tighten up. He does not look bloated but I would not call the look dry either.

Yeah, his AI is holding back the big bloat. He will look good if he drops dose, and manipulates water, carbs and sodium at the end. Also, if a guy takes pics in the AM before eating and drinking it can give a dryer look so he may be taking some pics when slightly dehydrated. I like to see pics first thing in the AM for this very reason.

I guess i am confused as shit now, am I not better to be taking AI so I dont look bloated? Yea my pictures are at PM not first thing am, I looked more ripped am of course. Final pics will see maybe i will cut back AI to EOD .5? What do you think Heavy?

Steroid dose goes down, AI dose goes up at the end.

see I thought it was the oposite! Since I am on High dosage Test right now I am Gyno prone. I thought the AI should lower my estrogen which should minimize the chance for Gyno? That was my rationale anyway. When I am on cruise 300mg per week I take Armidex .5 twice a week the day of injection. I will cut back some and see how my body reacts, I dont want Gyno for Damm sure!

No I had no clue bro, thats what he meant. To be honest I never have tried all the stuff he talks about so pictures look better etc. I have always taken AI so I dont get gyno, since I am prone and keep test dose high until end of cycle. Then will drop to 300mg Test and cruise until next time.
