1st cut cycle

Stats: 6 foot 185 about 9% bodyfat.
Planning on running test prop at 100mg EOD. Then starting week 3 I'm Goin to run 40 mg of winny ED. And then PcT with nolva. A few questions...
Should I use arimidex thruought the whole cycle and if so, at what dose?
I'm thinking about kicking it with some Dbol because I do want some more size... But I definitely don't want a bloated look. So do you recommend dbol as a kick? And if so for how long?
what should my calorie intake be like if I'm trying to get cut but not trying to lose any muscle... Hopefully gain muscle.
And lastly, what supplements are best for cutting cycles and to combat the negative side affects of winny (dry joints) ? I am an athlete so I don't want achy joints or something that could cause injury.

If you want to do a kicker without getting bloated, do Tbol, NOT Dbol. I just did Tbol @ 50mg ED for 6 weeks and it was a great kick to my cycle and added some great lean mass to my frame.

You need to provide more information. How many weeks do you plan on running your cycle?
Have you ever run Prop before? Pinning yourself EOD gets old very fast. Trust me.

Calories should be between 500-750 below maintenance. Run arimidex at 0.25mg ED.

Sounds like you need to do a bit more research though. How old are you anyways?
 
Thanks for the reply! And Ya sorry I was rushing when I posted that. Since it's my first cycle Im planning on only 8 weeks. Want to start with something small... I've done cyp before but I broke my hand and needed surgery so I stopped my cycle. And I wasn't planning on posting my age because I know people hate on youngens doing AAS. Haha. But I am 20. But since I only have enough prop for 8 weeks... I was thinking about doing this....
Week 1-4 dbol 30mg a day arimidex .25 mg a day... Maybe .5 if I start bloating
Week 4-12 test prop 100mg EOD
Week 7-12 winny tabs 40mg Ed
Any thoughts?
 
Cyp dbol was my first cycle but I broke my hand after a week and a half so i don't cound that as a cycle.
 
ive used prop 100mg eod 10 weeks... with var 50mg ed 10 weeks ... arimidex .25 eod ... finished with nolva ... had great results

kept calories under 1000 a day.
carnivor 200 protien ed. which ate up 300 of my calories !

was a tuff cycle always hungry! but results were spot on.
lots of eggs ... oatmeal ... water ... low cal protien ... asparigus ... and londion broil.

Thanks for the response! Only 1000 calories a day? Wow... How did that affect your muscle mass? And how was the injection pain from EOD shots? And what was your injection spot rotation? Sry so many questions
 
Shit my morning shake is close to that. No way in FUCK i would ever even think to go that low. Hell 2000 would be pushing it.

Any reason you're not starting the prop til week 4? I've heard dbol has similar effects on energy and libido as test but still IMO you shouldn't be running anything without test. Also like someone said dbol probably isn't the best choice for a cut cycle, though the bloat will be gone by the end anyway so I guess it could be fine. Also is your bf really 9%? Because at that point there's not alot of room for cutting anyway unless you're trying to get in contest shape?
 
Cant you technically just do a cut cycle with test C or E and keep calories somewhat below maintenance? or am I mistaken?
 
Ya I fluctuate between 8 and 10% bf. Not competing but I just want to look good for summer and get a shredded hard look. And I only have 8 weeks worth of prop, that's why. And the only reason I decided to go w prop is because it is supposed to be the best cutting test. My diet is clean and I do cardio 3-4 times a week. Some extra size would be nice that's why I'm contemplating starting w some dbol
 
And don't kill me for asking this but what's SO wrong w doing AAS at 20... I'm fully grown. I kno what I'm doing when it comes down to the gear. I'm not going crazy and running 16 weeks of tren. Just doing low dose of test and winny maybe some dbol. Some arimidex on cycle and then nolva to wrap it up. Not sure why people say you should be 25 or so??

Your endocrine system is not fully developed and you're not necessarily fully grown either. If you knew what you were doing you would know this. Your body, your choice, just be aware.
