I've had been off TRT for 11 weeks and got blood work. everything was good, lipids, liver and kidney markers, hematology etc. The thing that really shocked me as my test came back in the mid 500s (range 250-1100) and free test in the mid 50s (range 30-120). I have a long history of use. Using from 27-37 and then after I hit 45 I felt like I hit a wall so started up again. After about 1.5 years of cycling again I thought for sure I was hypo so went to a clinic and added some insurance that I would test low by adding 10 mg of var for 2 weeks followed by 4 days to clear it before testing. I tested at 260 then. Since then I would take short breaks and test levels after like 4 weeks off. They were always around 100 ng/dL but LH was always on the rise. This is the first time I tested after being off for more than 5 weeks and boom LH is cranking and test is normal. So don't automatically assume that if you cycle for a few years you will be relegated to TRT for life. That may not happen. In fact, from the literature it actually rarely happens. Look at me. I have an AAS history going back 22 years.
