21 yrs old first cycle

i am 5 foot 6 135 pounds and will be 21 years of age next month. i am looking into a small 4 week cycle(supplier is limited) of 40 to 50 mg of d bol a day. i am new at this and will not be doing aas for a long amount of time actually prolly will never use them again but this one cycle but want to make sure i do safely and correctly. i have a good friend puttin me on this stuff but would like input from elsewhere(idc if your yelling at me or bitching) also was wondering about pct i will talk to my guy about this but was wondering about nolvadex if that would help? i am new at this just have a friend trying to teach me but like i said i want further input before i chance on messing my one and only body up. if your wondering why i want to use d bol anyway its because i hit a plateau i wana get over. also i workout 5 days a week rest 2. eat at the least 3 meals a day 8 oz of protein 2 carbs per meal. i do take protein shakes. anything else you need to kno plz ask like i said i'm new to the aas world

Dianabol will also suppress your natural test production and will greatly affect your developing endocrine system. You are too young to begin cycling without suffering some potentially life altering effects. Young man after young man have posted on this site asking for help b/c they started cycling at 19-21 and now cannot recover their natural testosterone levels. This leads to depression, muscle wasting, erectile dysfunction, female fat accumulation, etc...(I could go on and on).

At 21, your body is also producing PLENTY of natural test. If you can't push past a buck thirty-five natty, then there is something wrong with your training or diet. What you need right now is MORE FOOD!!! Honestly, take the money you were going to spend on the dbol and buy some ground beef or chicken breasts.

My advice to you at this point is to post your diet and training routine in the appropriate forums and let us help you get where you want to be safely and effectively.
 
most people will tell you to add some kind of test to the cycle. Oral gains are lost otherwise. But other than that you need to gain weight naturally before you do that like he said. Take weight gainer shakes or eat people.

These two responses. You have a lot of gains to be made naturally, and steroids will give you the worst side effects at this age, and slow down the amount you can gain later in life. You have at least 20 more lbs to get natty, listen to these guys, they're the Old Guard of the forum and know what they're talking about.

k guys here it is. meal 1. 10 to 12 egg whites with 1 cup dry oats
meal 2. 8 to 10 oz of grilled chicken or 8 to 10 oz of extra lean ground turkey breast plus a sweet potato.. meal 3. 8 to 10 oz of ground london broil or 96% fat free lean beaf with 1 cup of rice or 8 oz bake potato.. meal 4. 8 to 10 oz chicken breast or extra lean turkey breast or 8 oz of fish or 10 to 12 egg whites plust one cup pasta.. then weight lift... meal 5. 8 to 10 oz of chicken breast or extra lean ground turkey plus 1 cup oatmeal or potato or 1 cup pasta. meal 6. 8 to 10 oz of fish or 10 egg whites. only drinking water and iced tea soda every now and then. will take milk thistle before and while using d bol. also will be eating tuna and crackers for snacks and drinking serious mass twice a day and a 100 % casein at night. will be taking bcaa caps until i start cycle. already bought cycle but like i said i am waiting til i get the right ok and get my body right and naturally healthy before trying to get big

Are you weighing the meat on a food scale? I thought your original post said you were 135 pounds? With just meals 1-6 your protein is 340 grams if have two serious mass is that another 100g protein casien (i assume 2 scoops) another 50 so totaling just under 500 grams protein a day??? That's 3.6 time your bw in protein man... i'm all for high protein but there is a point where it's too much..I'd take in 200grams until that weight stars to climb

Bro don't bother complicating things with a scale and all that. Right now focus on eating everything you can. When I started training I was 6' and 165lbs. I was a string. The first thing I did to start bulking was gorge myself. Food is more important than training at this point. Keep protein an fat high. But your new friend is carbs, pasta bread veggies. I'd say aim for 30grams protein per meal and as many carbs as you can stomach. You will feel uncomfortable at first. This will become easier as you gut stretches. Also take a good weight gainer when you wake up and before bed. Skinny guys need ALOT of food because your metabolism is racing all the time. Also keep your gum sessions short and intense. If you are in the gym longer than 45 minutes your going backwards. You don't want to get into a cardio state. Stimulate growth and get out. Start with that and in 2-3 months you will be up 10-15lbs gaurenteed.

This is spot on. Taking a multi vitamin, fish oil and some creatine would really help too.

i am taking fish oil, and am going to buy animal paks multi vitamin. also as of now i take assault before my workouts(made by muscle pharm) but later on when i stary my d bol cycle will stop
 
Bcaa is good. The dbol is useless at your current size. I hope you listen and don't waste the time or money on them right now. Trust me if you Waugh the benefits will be huge. Plus if you aren't pinning test you might aswell flush them they won't do anything.

Why supplement when your already producing enough?

You don't know what your doing bro

You need at least 150 tabs for a dbol cycle which can yield results if you do a good pct and keep your diet in check

I gained 12-13 pounds and in pct I have lost a few pounds of water

nah bro i'm definately listening. to be honest my supplier tried to tell me d bol doesnt mess with your natural test production is why i am asking? and yes i kno a d bol cycle by itself is kind of dumb but i'm sorry i'm not into needles. d bol and anavar is it for me. and not doing either til i get on right track

Bro dbol does mess w/ your natural production. It also will give you girl titties. Do you want that?

Your natural production is the highest it will every be in your life! It peaks at 21. You also realize after you shutdown your natural production it might not every be as high again as it was? After PCT it might only be the level of a 35 or 40 year old. So you wasted your natural production.

That is like shutting down a factory that is producing great product to open up another factory then trying to restart the old factory. Not very smart.

Here is my advice. If you are going to do a "cycle" do it properly. Pin test and use your dbol and anavar. Then proper PCT. If not get rid of your blue heart's. They will make your balls shrink and give you bitch tit's. You need to do more research.


Your fucking stupid to do dbol to gain 15 lbs and maybe keep 7-8 of it and fuck with your (perfectly fine) endocrine system when you can gain 30-50 lbs. in the next 2-3 year's by learning proper nutrition.

This is the order to do things.

1.) Research diet for ecto's

2.) Research training routine's

You have so much to learn. Your body alway's strives for a natural weight. You can do roids and it will exceed what you can achieve natural but after you stop taking them you will go back to your normal weight. And you just said yourself you do not want to cycle on and off.


Everyone is skinny when they are 20-21. Because your hormones are up-regulating everything. Testosterone is max, metabolism is through the roof and IGF-1 level's are high. Every man's dream. In 5-10 year's your body will start to down regulate hormones. Testosterone goes down, DHEA, metabolism slows; everything. So take advantage of the next 5-10 year's
