OK the time is here!! I will injected 1cc each of test p mast p and tren the orals used in this cycle will be anavar, tbol, winstrol & Proviron it will look like this>>>>

1-8 Test P 100mg/eod
1-8 Mast P 100mg/ eod
1-8 Tren Ace 100mg/eod
1-3 Tbol 40 mg a day split am pm
1-8 Anavar 50mg/ED
4-8 Winstrol 50 mg Ed split am pm
1-8 Proviron 25mg/ED
Aromasin @ 12.5mg EOD Throughout Cycle, and PCT
Caber @ .5mg Twice Weekly Through out cycle

this is a 8 week cycle i will have a video up soon i will post my eating habits how i feel,gym videos maybe gym videos, am 185 pounds 10% bf 32 years of age arms 17.5 waist 32 am 5' 5'' today i will inject. am looking to 7% bf lets get this going this log will also be posted on the zblog check that site great info there.


Diet is clean, High amounts of protien, Medium carbs, and low fats!


Workout routine:


Push MONDAY

  • *Pec Deck 3-4 sets, 12-15 reps (I do em like this, sit with shoulders against the back pad, ass at the front of the seat. Makes it like an incline fly and really stresses the pec. Slow, steady reps, hold the contraction)
  • *Incline bench (Smith for me) 3-4 sets, 8-12 reps
  • *Flat dumbbell bench 3-4 sets, 10-12 reps
  • *Decline barbell bench 3-4 sets, 8-10 reps (switch order of these, incline one week first, flat first the next, etc)
  • *Dumbell side laterals 3-4 sets, 10-12 reps
  • *Rear laterals on a Pek Deck 3-4 sets, 10-15 reps
  • *Seated shoulder press 3-4 sets, 8-10 reps (pick any exercise you want for presses, even machines are ok)
  • *Tricep machine dips or pressdowns 3-4 sets 10-12 reps
Legs Tuesday


  • *Leg extensions 3-4 sets 12-15 reps (pre-exhaust)
  • *Squats 3-4 sets 8-12 reps (FreeMotion squats, Smith is ok)
  • *Leg Presses 3-4 sets 10-15 reps
  • *Lying leg curls 3-4 sets 8-12 reps
  • *Stiff leg dumbbell deadlifts 3 sets 8-12 reps
  • *Calves I do DC calves, but calves you can choose


Wednesday HIIT CARDIO 20 Minuetes + ABS



Pull Thursday


  • *Reverse grip pulldowns 3-4 sets, 10-12 reps
  • *Bent over or Yates rows 3-4 sets 8-10 reps
  • *Rack deads 3-4 sets 3-4 sets 12-15 reps
  • *V-bar pulldowns 3-4 sets 8-12 reps
  • *A curl exercise for biceps, 3 sets 8-12 reps
  • *A forearm exercise 3 sets 8-12 reps

FRIDAY
HIIT CARDIO 20 MINUETS + ABS

SAT/SUN OFF

REPEAT

Where is the HCG, bro? You'll need it for an easier time recovering after the Tren. 500iu x2/wk...you won't regret it. I have done it both ways, and it makes a HUGE difference in recovery.
 
Looks solid!! My cardio routine is different than most, but what you got up there should work well....all I would change is the duration of your cardio, 20 mins is on the lighter side, IMHO and perhaps some HCG.

Oh, and nice calves....some pros would kill to have a set of calves like that. Keep us posted!

I would have to agree with HeavyIron. Also, T-bol for three weeks is a waste. I don't even feel that shit until the 2nd or 3rd week. Save the winny for another cycle. I was never too impressed with winny tabs anyway. Now Winstrol Depot, that is another story entirely.

Test/Tren/Mast/Anavar should be plenty of compounds for a great cut.
 
I agree on everything stated, But we had to work within what he had, Generally for me I have to take 50mg+ ed for around 5 weeks on tbol to use it effectively.

The HCG I think he actually has it on hand I could be wrong, But yes taking HCG will help with recovery come time to finish the cycle.

Winstrol Depot Is in its own class, But I have had success with tabs, and I think this is his first run with winstrol tabs as well, While 5 weeks would be my choice, he is going to run it for 4.

To victor, Cardio is definitively subjective, 20min would be the minimum requirement, But pushing to 40 I think would be even better!

Can I ask what is the different with winny and winny depot?

[FONT=&quot]Tabs undergo "first pass" - metabolism at the liver. It changes the bioavailability /mg and possibly the general structure (which is why most are methylated to reduce the degradation of the active component) compared to injection which bypasses the first pass.[/FONT]
