Sorry i didn't make it home last night so I'm posting this now.

Nothing to crazy to night, i walked in and the gym was PACKED, it was hard to get in there and tell people tho get the fuck out of the way, 50% of the people were just talking to each other, I hate that! Didn't have my phone on me at the gym so no pic's but there will be lots more to come.

Anyways i feel great, strength is up, libido is going up, wife say's i look bigger also. thanks Uncle Z

Can't get on any machines and all the benchs are taken drives me nutz LOL!!! Thats why I have a back up at home hahah!!!!:ohyeah:But keep it up Chucky and I look forward to seeing your progress for sure!!!
 
I know I'v been really lagging with diet posts, so heres a average day for me.

6am 50gm protein shake

6:30 5-6 eggs 1-2 pieces of ww toast 2ups coffee

6:45 1 cup oatmeal tsp brown sugar

10am PB sandwich

12pm could be ether a tuna sandwich whole can , 8- 10 oz chicken breast over 1cup white rice, turkey and jack cheese sandwich with corn chips, tri tip sandwich with baked potato ect...

2pm hand full of mixed nuts and granola/protein bar 30gm

4:30pm 8oz chicken breast, 57gm carb powder pre work out

6:30 50gm protein shake PWO

7pm Dinner (always different) will keep you all posted

9:30pm sometimes ill eat a pb sandwich and a 50 gm shake or i just put the pb in the shake ether or.

I try to drink 1.5 gallons of water a day but usually only get down 1 in less its a hot day.

I take 2gm's of vit C, 4000mg of fish oil, and a multi vit a day
last week i did a 2cc shot of vit B12 and didn't notice any thing really energy,mood, apatite ect. dose it help any of you???
 
i think i screwed up on my thread title, i was looking at views and post's on all the logs and i think ether mine just sucks and people aren't interested or H-2-H log doesn't work im falling way behind, not a good feeling ''fuck'' time to go hit legs
