You'r diet looks much better than mine and I see you are a lot stronger on some of you'r lifts than I am.

Lol my diet is due a lot in part to my better half bro,
one of the best tips or things noticed about me was by you and my ROM with my shoulder presses over a year ago. It has really strengthened me up...I dropped the weights down began lower the DB's all the way to my delts and now I'm back pushing more weight from a much lower point. One of my best improvements over the past year, all my upper body lifts and improved to do this. I owe you man :) see you got me me by age but with that comes wisdom brother!!!

Some would debate the wisdom part but I appreciate it.
It's so nice to have a better half help you with you'r diet. I have to prepare all my meals and there are times when that makes it a bit difficult.
I'm really glad that small tip helped you. I ctitiqued a fella at the gym the other day and I actually think he was offended.

Yes sir, having 2 to handle the cooking is a tremendous bonus bud!! We all have our days during the week when prepping meals just seems like a daunting task...having another to pickup the slack in those days and returning the favor as well can be priceless :)

Played around for a minute yesterday after leg workout hitting 315 on bench.
normally would try and have a days chest after legs from the gym but not the case this week.
also the scale was friendly this morning weighing me in at 207 so continuing to gain. We bought a pair of BF% calipers...I know there not the most accurate lol ..pegged me at 9.4%..

You'r getting real strong. I knew you could get 315 on bench.
You'r weight is coming up also. Mine will be @207lbs here shortly but I am not nearly as strong as you. Hence the reason I havent put weights in my log thus far.
I'm certain you'r youth has something to do with that but I can see you train very hard.
It would be wonderful if I had someone to help me with meals but I'm single. You are a very lucky man to have such a wonderful spouse who is behind you 100%.
Keep up the good work and I'm certain we'll talk again soon.
 
this week has been a wild one regarding work so time has been limited on the boards and in general but still squeezing training in, eating schedule has been altered drastically this past week fuckin suxs feel a lack of energy the last day or so
