I have been cutting. Lifting 3 x a week heavy. Cardio 3-4 days a week. I
have been drinking 46g whey post workout. I have some dextrose. Today I added 30g to my whey. Good bad or neutral? It adds 120 calories to my intake and I am really restricting calories. Is it worth the calories?
