yeah, in short, I was going to start logging a pro hormone (which I did for a couple days) but I got an internship and I knew my training schedule would be out of whack for a few weeks.

NO class tomorrow so I'm going to hit the gym early and going to stock up on some food. I'll post some pictures up over the weekend and show you guys all the foods I' am eating.

Just finished meal number 2 about an hour ago and I' am going to the gym to crush legs.

Meal number 2 was the following:
8 oz whole-wheat pasta – 28p 164c 6f
6 oz lean ground sirloin beef 93/7 – 36p 0c 6f
1 tbsp olive oil – 0p 0c 14f

I have a lot of energy this morning so I'm going to try and hit some ATG narrow stance squats with some heavy weight.

Time to puke!!!

Notes:
Those ATG narrow stance squats were making me want to puke! I had to rest a good 5-10 minutes before moving on to hamstring. Also, my hamstrings always seem to "cramp" up when I hit them. I' am taking in enough water and sodium so I'm not sure why they are doing it? They have always given me problems with cramping though. Any thoughts?

Below is a picture of the shoes I wear to the gym. I know it sounds 'gay' but these shoes make me feel more comfortable when I squat and deadlift. I definitely recommended them to anyone.

 
LOL... man i couldnt wear them shoes lol.. to each his own ill stick to my low top chucks on lift only days
 
I just rock running shoes all the time now and kick them off for things like SLDLs and Squats.

Log is looking good J. keep it up!

Relax man. Sat is my off day from training. I have been laying around at my pool with the girlfriend. Just ate a cheat meal, about 1 cup brown rice and 10 oz of sweet and sour chicken. I'll def put pics up on Monday. I'm so freaking excited. Letssssss gooo!!! Time to get huge!

Ha ha nice try. Tonight is the last night I'll have drinks until the 10+ weeks are up.

I had all my meals today + 1 slight cheat meal.

Update: 8/28/2011

Today is my off day from training, so I will just be resting today. I will be going to the grocery store shortly and cooking up food for the next few days. So far I'm really excited about starting this competition tomorrow and I just feel really well about this whole situation/experience.
Time to grow!!!
