How much are you eating?
Most of the weight will come in the first 5 weeks then strength will rise significantly weeks 5-9ish. During that time you can gain LBM and lose a bit of fat. Don't worry about the scale just keep focused on your look. Take the exact same pics weekly. A front relaxed and front double bi and a rear double bi are best to see progress. Most guys hold fat in the lower abs and lower back. That's where you need to look each week.yeah, if i stay on track I should gain a minimum of 16 + lbs. Hopefully my progress will improve as my injury is healing up and I'm not sick anymore. I would be really happy to gain 20 +lbs!

bro are you doing a bulking diet? because not for nothing but when i bulk im always up 10 to 15 pounds in the first 4 weeks. whats your diet look like?

Dont mean to go off topic but what is the ideal "CLEAN" eating diet? Does this mean not eating fast food? Not eating the kids ding dongs or twinkies? I know there are so many definitions, I guess I really would like to know your thoughts J.Thom(for you).

My sample diet is on page one for reference. It's not my every day diet, just a sample of some of the foods and meals I eat during the day. I do not eat fast food during the week. I never drink soda or have "twinkies" ever. I do love cheat meals, but I try to save them for the weekend just so it's convenient for the people that I am w/.
Clean foods for me would be the following:
P: fish,chicken,beef,whey,casein,egg whites, nuts
C: rice,different types of potatoes, oats, grits,veggies
F: almonds/nuts, seasonings, fat from beef/chicken, etc etc
An example for a cheat meal would something like a big burger,fries, and a soft drink.

Brad- I agree, I just said something along the lines that I would love to have. I do love cheeseburgers though, ha ha
Here is one of the pics I took today. I literally just had some random kid take this pic lol. I realized I am not flexing my lats all the way out like in my previous pick, but you can definitely tell I look a lot thicker. I am going to do a set of mandatory's this week and will post those up.
