Update: 10/16/2011
Yeah, it's hard to type so I'll keep it short. I accidentally fell down and I slightly fractured my right wrist. It's the same wrist I previously broke in half when I was younger. I only have to have this soft cast on for 2-4 weeks, but then I have to see a hand specialist. I am hoping for the best. I will be in the gym tomorrow. I will do cardio, abs, calfs every day and then what ever is possible for my normal movements. Tomorrow is ARMS so it will definitely be interesting. I will only stick to cable or machines for now.
I guess the next few weeks of test will help me maintain all the muscle that I have which is good. I also just cooked up my meals for the next 3 days. Boy was that a mission lol.
Heavy- I know. When I broke my hand the first time I had to re break and set it two different times. Currently, my wrist is only slightly fractured. I think it's called a hair line fracture. I also chipped a piece of my bone away but that doesn't effect anything. ATM there is nothing that needs to be set or anything like that.
I'll give an update tomorrow and let everyone know how my w/o went.

Weight: 223 lbs + 14 lbs
As per injury conversation, I just did 20 mins step mill +15 mins abs + 15 mins calfs today.

Adapt and over come bro!!!I'm not the quitting type. Im going to try some delt exercises today using my elbows. Meaning, I'll be using machines and not gripping onto anything.
was not able to get to the gym today, not like it matters a whole lot anyway lol.
I will have some time tomorrow morning to go to the gym and figure out new safe ways to lift. I'm thinking about hitting legs twice a week for obvious reasons.
I'm still eating clean and going to hit cardio e/d now.
