Yeah, it's hard to type so I'll keep it short. I accidentally fell down and I slightly fractured my right wrist. It's the same wrist I previously broke in half when I was younger. I only have to have this soft cast on for 2-4 weeks, but then I have to see a hand specialist. I am hoping for the best. I will be in the gym tomorrow. I will do cardio, abs, calfs every day and then what ever is possible for my normal movements. Tomorrow is ARMS so it will definitely be interesting. I will only stick to cable or machines for now.

I guess the next few weeks of test will help me maintain all the muscle that I have which is good. I also just cooked up my meals for the next 3 days. Boy was that a mission lol.

just keep eating and making sure you get enough sleep. and ya hit cardio and abs hard
 
Last time I fractured my hand I was in a soft cast for 6 weeks. There was no way I could lift weights with my hand the first 3-4 weeks at all. I asked the doc and they told me it was critical for the bone to set those first few weeks so if you have a fracture you are done using that hand.
 
Heavy- I know. When I broke my hand the first time I had to re break and set it two different times. Currently, my wrist is only slightly fractured. I think it's called a hair line fracture. I also chipped a piece of my bone away but that doesn't effect anything. ATM there is nothing that needs to be set or anything like that.

I'll give an update tomorrow and let everyone know how my w/o went.

damn thats sad man, i wish you a speedy recovery. but definatley do take it easy on the wrist, injuries like that really do need time to heal or they stay with you for a long time.

As per injury conversation, I just did 20 mins step mill +15 mins abs + 15 mins calfs today.

Trying to heal up and get back into it soon.

I'm not the quitting type. Im going to try some delt exercises today using my elbows. Meaning, I'll be using machines and not gripping onto anything.

well that really sucks bro, maybe you should post your picks now before you start to deflate, or wait till the end? I hope every thing heals fast for you, fuck... I would be devastated.

+30 mins stair master

Abs
4x sets X 20 rep body weight crunches

Leg Extensions
4 sets X 150 lbs X 15-20 reps
-It's much harder when you have to put both your hands in your lap

Lying Leg Reverse Curl
4 sets X 70 lbs X 15-20 reps

Seated Calf Extensions
6 sets x 170-200 lbs X 20 reps

Notes: I'm just trying to do what I can in the gym. Having a fractured hand is much harder to deal with than I originally thought, fuck.

Going to the gym after class, just going to do some cardio, abs and calfs. I will have a legit leg day tomorrow and try to hit some heavy front squats.

Question:
I just pined one of my last shots today. It looks like I will only have enough for next week and I will be completely done. I think maybe one of the vials only had 9ml's in it or maybe both only had 9 ml's, I'm not exactly sure though. Anyway, I will keep everyone updated with my progress.

My hand is feeling better so hopefully I will recover quickly.

Good job, agree with Chucky maynwant to post pics now, since you Are having to slow way down. As far as short it is very easynto pin more than you think! I don't believe they were short, but if you pin a little over 1 cc 2 x a week it will had up and will come up short.

Notes: I'm feeling good despite my fractured wrist. I see a hand specialist next week. In a perfect world I will be fully recovered in about another 10 days. But that's just being able to use my wrist again, not be 100% recovered.
