Hey, i just want to make a point. Arnold built his chest using 20 plus sets of various exercises, while Dorian Yates built his using very low sets and reps, and very intense training. Point being that there is and always will be more than one way to achieve success in the gym. What im trying to get at is that when a lifter posts a question, Gopro posts his way, Action Mat or someone else posts there way, and the next 389 posts are a discussion about who is right, often leading waaaaaaaay off topic. Gopro and Matt are both know there shit, and im sure both methods work. All im tryin to say is that if the post is about building calves, then lets stick to building calves...Im not saying the arguments arent interesting, and informative, i just think that it gets dragged out a little. Anyway i value all opinions and look forward to more great info in the future...thanks
 
would an example be the one starting off with cutting without cardio which ended with a price for baffalo meat LOL!

Hey Kuso, What are the price of eggs over there right now. I can get a flat of large eggs for about $4.00 here in Oklahoma.

Heheheh, you guys are killin me.

I agree with you to a point tommyguns, some of the threads do go waayyyy off topic but as far as discussing who's point works and why, I think its GOOD to have people say WHY there method works rather than just day do 6 reps of this and 3 sets of that.

I think People like Gopro, TCD, Amatt and many others know allot of stuff and when we ask them WHY, I think its better in the long run for all of us. Sometimes it leads to a bit of flaming but for the most part I think we all learn more.
